While we can’t speak for everyone, it’s probably safe to say that there are times you want to work out, and times you absolutely don’t. Even worse is trying to coordinate those feelings to coincide with the office hours of your apartment community, as they’re so often at odds! At Sonterra, our 24-hour fitness center is ready when you are, so you can work out happily, and not begrudgingly.
Outside of the gym, we have a host of amenities made to fit your lifestyle; a clubhouse and gourmet kitchen comprise an airy indoor lounge, our pool and spa offer a lovely respite from the summer sun, and you can have dinner plus a show with our two picnic areas overlooking a dedicated bocce ball court. One of the best parts is that all of these amenities have their own dedicated area of our community, so you can feel close together while having your own space.
Nothing can replace the sound of a crackling fireplace, especially against a backdrop of modern two-tone color schemes and stunning natural finishes like granite counters and wood-style vinyl plank flooring. In your 1 or 2-bedroom home in Sonterra, you have a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and oven/range, plus full-size, side-by-side washers and dryers to wash the clothes that can be placed back into your huge wraparound closets available in select homes. Pet Policy
Looking for a place where you and your furry companion can thrive? Sonterra is the perfect spot. We're pet-friendly and ready to welcome your four-legged family member. We permit a maximum of two (2) pets per apartment. Dogs and cats must weigh 40 pounds or less. A monthly 'pet privilege fee' of $35 is required per pet. It's a small fee for the privilege of having a loyal, loving companion, whose endless entertainment provides continuous fun. Pets are required to complete a pet application and acceptance process. Please contact the leasing center for details. Service animals are welcome. Please contact the Community Manager to request information on a service animal’s acceptance process. Breed restrictions apply. We do not accept: Afghan Hound, Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Australian Shepherd, Basenji, Bloodhound, Bull Mastiff, Bulldog, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, Elkhound, Fila Brasilerio, Foxhound, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Greyhound, Husky, Malamute, Pitbull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, St. Bernard, Staffordshire Terrier, or Saluki breeds.
